It was 2003 when I found Reiki which opened a new chapter in my life and made great changes for the better for me and my family.

After taking the Reiki 1 and 2 degrees I took my Masters in 2005 which enables me to pass the knowledge of this lovely therapy onto others through the 2 day courses I hold.

Following on from there I was drawn to study Reflexology, Holistic Body Massage, Indian Head Massage, Thai Foot Massage and Hopi Ear Candling, all ITEC approved courses held at The Reflexology Academy in Northampton.

I am also soon taking a further Master Karuna Reiki course as taught by William Lee Rand from the International Center for Reiki Training, which will add further to the power of the Reiki that I am able to offer to you.

The range of treatments I am qualified in enables me to offer you something that is totally unique for your individual needs to help restore natural balance and harmony and encourage the body to heal itself.
